We will use a variety of standardised and non-standardised and will be tailored to meet the needs of the child or young person.

The assessment is is useful to help you understand your child's needs and how best to support them in activities such as self care, socially and at school. It can also be useful to help inform the support that your child may need when transitioning through school.

The information from the assessment will be used to compile a comprehensive report.
