Comprehensive Neurodevelopmental Occupational Therapy (OT) Assessment (including use for EHCP's) - £750 plus mileage (0.55p per mile)
Who is this for:
This assessment is for children and young people who have either the following or a combination of:

Complex neurodevelopmental needs

Difficulties accessing school consistently

Sensory, emotional, or executive functioning challenges

Suspected or diagnosed autism/2e /ADHD/PDA profiles/Dyspraxia (DCD)/learning difficulties

Needs for EHCP support or review
What the assessment includes:

Detailed developmental and occupational history
-
Home-based assessment (in person or zoom)

Teacher/school information gathering
-
Standardised assessments (as clinically indicated), which may include:

Sensory processing measure / sensory profile

Executive functioning assessment
-
Anxiety scales
-
SDQ (Strength and difficulties)

MABC-3 (Movement Assessment Battery for Children)

VMI (Visual Motor Integration)

Clinical observation and functional analysis

Integrated neurodevelopmental formulation
School observation:
School observation is not routinely required - unless required / evidence suggests.
