Tribunal Ready Occupational Therapy Expert Assessment and Report - £1100 plus mileage.
Comprehensive occupational therapy assessment and tribunal-ready reporting for EHCP disputes, SEND appeals, and cases requiring detailed functional evidence.
Reports are designed to provide clear, defensible clinical analysis of complex neurodevelopmental needs, including sensory processing and Integraiton, executive functioning, emotional regulation, and participation across educational environments.
This service is suitable where additional expert evidence is required to clarify needs, support provision recommendations, and strengthen EHCP evidence prior to hearing or negotiation.

Assessments to Support a DCD/ Dyspraxia Diagnosis - £750 plus mileage

Assessment and report.

Developmental history, standardised motor skill assessment and clinical observations to support criteria A, B & C of the DSM-V. Criteria Di and Dii can be completed by the GP / paediatrician to complete the assessment for a diagnosis.
Combined DCD/Dyspraxia and Sensory Integration - £900 plus mileage

Assessment and report.

Combined elements of both Sensory integration and DCD/Dyspraxia assessments (as detailed above) for a comprehensive robust analysis
Individual Therapy Sessions - (only after assessment)

Therapy sessions are followed from assessment recommendations and are tailored to meet the needs of the child (I currently cannot offer these due to high demand / capacity).
Attendance at EHCP meetings - hourly rate

Virtual attendance only (i.e. via Zoom / teams)
Annual Review Report - hourly rate
